Terms of Agreement These digital audio files (in MP3 format) are designed for download or playback on your computer, depending on your own computer's capabilities and audio player settings. Hal Leonard audio files are made available free of charge, for the sole purpose of demonstrating printed publications, available for sale from MSCONCEPTS. The user agrees to the following terms regarding Hal Leonard audio files: 1. No duplication or transmission (do not send a file to a friend or "burn" a CD) 2. No posting on a web site (music dealer sites, music department sites for students, etc.) without full written permission from Hal Leonard. 3. No commercial application, live broadcast, or reuse for film background. 4. No use other than as an audio demo of printed publications. Please note that while many of Hal Leonard instrumental recordings are full versions, some are only available in excerpt form. Choral recordings are only available as excerpts. Full versions for most choral publications are available for sale as ShowTrax or ChoirTrax accompaniment CDs.
