MILWAUKEE - Starting December 1, 2013, Hal Leonard Corporation will become a distributor of PreSonus products to music stores throughout the United States. This distribution agreement provides another convenient channel for connecting retailers and consumers with PreSonus products and solutions. PreSonus products are used today by artists ranging from Steve Morse and Flying Colors to Derek Sherinian, Imogen Heap, Lincoln Brewster, and Victor Wooten; institutions such as SAE and Berklee College of Music; and a who's who of producers and engineers. PreSonus has continued to grow rapidly in 2013 by expanding its music-education initiative, acquiring Notion music-notation software, and launching twelve new products. Says David Jahnke, VP of National Sales for Hal Leonard, "PreSonus creates cool products that not only cater to established professionals but also help grow the market of new players, especially in education and praise and worship. Their commitment to education, along with their high-quality audio products and easy-to-use software solutions, make PreSonus one of the strongest audio production lines out there." "Hal Leonard is a natural extension of our education and retail efforts, and we share a common vision in supporting the next generation of musicians by providing quality, easy-to-use technology solutions," states PreSonus National Sales Director Mark Stone.
