Hal Leonard Takes a Stand on Hamilton

DAYTON, Ohio and MILWAUKEE - Hal Leonard Corporation and Hamilton Stands have agreed to a new distribution arrangement for the US and Canada. Starting at the 2014 Summer NAMM Show, Hal Leonard will be distributing the entire portfolio of Hamilton Stands and accessories. Headquartered in Dayton and celebrating its 131st year, Hamilton Stands is synonymous with quality, durability, design, and innovation. Concentrating on stands and stand accessories, Hamilton has historically relied on strong wholesale distributors who offer retailers a diverse "grocery store" of products. "We're thrilled to have Hal Leonard as a partner. A marriage between the leader in print music and an iconic music stand manufacturer is practically poetic," Bob Jespersen, director of marketing and sales for Hamilton, commented. "Hal Leonard has a terrific sales team with an impeccable record of customer service. The new markets and channels Hal Leonard is addressing will be well served with the innovative new products Hamilton is adding to a portfolio of practical support." Brad Smith, senior sales & marketing manager for Hal Leonard, says, "Hamilton offers a wide range of products for professionals to hobbyists in schools, churches, concert stages, studios and homes. They not only have a broad line of well-respected and established products, but also continue to seek solutions for music makers in all markets, including emerging ones." He continues, "Hamilton is an outstanding complement to our growing catalog of MI products. With quality products at strategic price points, we can provide dealers with support solutions for all of their customers, and the bundling potential is huge. We're eager to offer our services to find new Hamilton customers, especially in the pro audio and home recording markets."
