Ralph Manuel has written various sacred choral anthems, vocal solos and duets, and keyboard arrangements. He and his wife, Donna, are missionaries of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, currently serving in Recife, Brazil, where Ralph teaches music at the North Brazil Baptist Theological Seminary. Ralph and Donna are the parents of two children, James and Melissa.
