Little Concerto is a most useful solo item due to the fact that thekey and the range of the solo part mean it can be performed byseveral different instruments, from flute to baritone. Little Concertoconsists of three movements: an Allegro written in classicalstyle, which alternates between tutti and soli passages; a secondmovement, sweet and calm, to fully display the richness of the soloinstrument's sound colours and finally an Allegro giocoso.
