Agincourt, a cantata for chorus and orchestra, was composed for the 1956 Petersfield Festival and is a dramatic setting of scenes from Shakespeare's Henry V. The 25-minute work contains several rousing choruses, most notably the Agincourt Song with which the piece concludes.
