Posted: September 12, 2022 is looking for a Merchandising Manager responsible for moving products through their digital lifecycle and maximizing profitability across the customer journey on

The Merchandising Manager will integrate vendor insights, knowledge of customer buying cycles and industry trends, profitability data, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud segmentation and personalization technology to ensure that is highlighting the optimal assortment of products to customers at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong retail merchandising experience. They will come equipped with a sound knowledge of business analytics and the music publishing industry. They will seek creative solutions that help Sheet Music Plus create new and more profitable revenue opportunities, deliver better experiences for our customers, and develop the site into the biggest and best music store in the world.

This position is open to remote employees across the US. Hybrid options are available for candidates in the Milwaukee, WI area.

  • Execute merchandising across to create valuable customer experiences and align with overall business goals

  • Develop and implement targeted promotional strategies to drive sales and conversion

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to combine data, e-commerce best practices and market knowledge to optimize the user experience on

  • Build models to evaluate success and develop new goals

  • Liaise with vendors to obtain information about new products and collaborate on promotional opportunities

  • Assist the internal team in understanding the story within the data and identifying actionable insights

  • Monitor KPIs and report on initiatives, timelines and results
  • 2-3 years managing retail merchandising and promotions

  • Experience managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including customer segmentation, promotion setup, merchandising, and web experience testing

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the music publishing industry

  • Strong organizational, project management, writing and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field
  • Knowledge of HTML

  • Knowledge of SEO as it relates to on-site merchandising

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Musical background
