Hal Leonard Debuts Digital Learning Voice Class

New Series Provides Online Tools for Choral Teachers Who Are Teaching Remotely

Hal Leonard has created a new series to help choral directors who find themselves without in-person choirs this year. Although it may be challenging for the groups to sing together, directors still want and need to provide music education for their students. Digital Learning Voice Class provides teachers with printed music and backing tracks --all available online--so students can keep singing and developing skills from the safety of their own homes. For $19.99, each Digital Learning Voice Class digital pack includes access for twenty students to receive a PDF of the sheet music and two different MP3 tracks: one with a vocal aid to assist with learning, and one without the vocal aid to promote musical independence. There are currently ten different songs available, including "Aura Lee," "Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel," "My Soul Is Awakened," "Shoshone Love Song," "Sing with Me," and more. Each song is available for high and low voices. The packs are purchased through Hal Leonard's digital sheet music website Sheet Music Direct. Once a teacher purchases the titles, they are able to instantly download the secure PDFs that include unique codes for accessing the MP3s which they can distribute to up to twenty students.
